Your mission

Thousands of professional drivers are using the Bliq app as their primary tool to make a living for themselves and their families.
Join our Growth Operations team and make a real difference in the lives of workers in the On Demand Economy as a Driver Support Associate at the frontline of our business. As part of a team of experienced industry professionals from companies like Uber, FreeNow, and Careem, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to drivers who rely on our app every day. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the use of our platform
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about our services and policies
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to other teams for further assistance
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Continuously update knowledge of the company's services and policies to effectively assist customers
  • Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and suggest improvements to the app and customer service process
  • Work closely with our development team to report and track bugs

Your profile

You are right for this position if you have these qualifications:


  • Able to emphasize with the day-to-day challenges our driver base is facing
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment like an early-stage startup
  • Strong affinity towards troubleshooting complex IT systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably another language
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with customer service software like FreshWorks or Zendesk is a plus.
  • Prior work experience in the on-demand gig economy, such as ride-hailing or food delivery, is a plus
