Your Tasks
- You will support the IT landscape for our innovation process (Sopheon Accolade)
- You work with the team on the design and implementation of business processes and IT solutions in this area, you are actively involved in optimizing processes together with the business department.
- You will organize and manage the second level support
- You will work on configuration and customization of our innovation management software (Sopheon Accolade), various interfaces, Database management (SQL) and the technical architecture.
- You ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, deployment and documentation
Your Profile
Business Skills
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Management, Engineering or an equivalent education combined with first work experience.
- Technical skills (SQL, Database design, longview / Arcplan, Jira or similar)
- Experience with Innovation Management Tools (e.g. Sopheon, Hype or similar) is preferred
- Experience in agile project methodologies
Personal Skills
- You have a passion for product innovation processes whilst challenging and improving the status quo.
- You work solution oriented with strong data points to back up your way.
- You love to think out of the box, you are curious and always keen to learn and master new technologies.
- You can energize and mobilize people around an idea, creating energy and momentum in the face of change.
- You are willing to share your knowledge and best practices with your colleagues.
