Desktop Support Engineer

Who are we looking for?

• The Desktop Engineer will be responsible for software distribution and patch management as well as building and deploying software packages to workstations. Extensive knowledge of Windows operating system patching, enterprise class desktop hardware and software such as Windows 7, Mobile Device OS and antivirus.
• Desktop administrators to manage the deployment and security of devices and applications across an enterprise.
• In addition to the daily management, the candidate will also be involved in initiatives, as project leader or technical resource in order to participate on creating and deploying new solutions, or to improve existing ones

Technical Skills:

• Office365/Azure Knowledge
• Proven seasoned SCCM 2012 administration professional
• Expert-level experience with security patch management and reporting on both Windows clients and Windows Servers
• Thorough understanding of the Microsoft Security Update process (Bulletins, KB's, Out of Band Patches)
• Experience working with Windows 7 client images, including periodic updates and testing
• Exprience with packaging and scripting tools such as PowerShell, WISE, Admin Studio
• Working knowledge of an ITSM tool such as Remedy, to manage incidents, problems and submit change requests
• Experience working with Active Directory
• Working knowledge of networking and security protocols.
• Systems Troubleshooting.

Process Skills:

• ITIL, MCSA or MCSE

Salary: 30,000.00€ per year
