YOUR MISSION

• Develop, implement and continuously optimize sourcing strategies together with the stakeholders for local Topline categories (Advertising, Media, Shopper Marketing, Strategy & Insights) in DACH
• Enable business growth by increasing end-to-end cost efficiency, providing sustainable and innovative solutions and leveraging on strategic supplier networks
• Responsible for total Advertising-&-Promotions (A&P) spend across all divisions in DACH
• Lead RFX-processes incl. supplier screening, supplier selection, and supplier management
• Design & implement contracts & ensure compliance
• Lead, develop and coach a team of two employees
  

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• Completed economics degree, ideally with majors in related categories, such as procurement or marketing
• 6+ years experience in marketing procurement, marketing, trade marketing, media, ideally in FMCG industry.
• Used to navigate in complex organizations, build a strong network and manage internal clients (Marketing, Finance, etc.)
• Strong expertise in procurement fundamentals (RFX, spend analysis, negotiations, supplier performance, benchmarking)
• Strong analytical skills, a willingness to share knowledge, and a strong interest in delivering uncompromised quality
• Very good communication and presentation skills and fluent in both English and German, French is a plus
