Qualification:
General Certificate of Secondary Education or equivalent
Good computer skills
Experience within a fast moving, customer centric Environment
People orientated and team minded
High sense of customer and service orientation
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and Email
Maintenance of information in the database in particular advanced processing of complaints
Maintaining and improving the quality standards
Acquisition of customer-related data in the database
Documentation of problems and solutions in the database
