What’s the mission?

We want to get a world of sustainable fleets rolling! As part of an ever-growing B2B tech startup, our team is focusing on pushing the PANION brand envelope and becoming recognized as a mover and authority in digital fleet electrification software solutions.

As our new PANIONeer, you’ll be the voice of our business and produce high-quality content & writing for our venture. You’ll focus on developing and managing content that accurately reflects our company ideas and ideals with various content types that drive the PANION brand, mission, and product line.

What will you do?

• Establish impactful narratives for our customers and stakeholders based on our content strategy and guidelines.
• Copywriting for blogs, whitepapers, brochures, website content, print material, ads, newsletters, social media, presentations, etc.
• Research, create and optimize industry-related SEO content to create innovative and original material while working independently and decide what to write for different purposes, channels and phases.
• Proofread & edit cross-functional written pieces before publication.
• Work closely and proactively with all relevant stakeholders to understand internal processes and our product road map.
• Get support by and coordinate external freelance writers and content contributors to ensure a steady content schedule.
• Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment to create dynamic content.
• Form the company’s opinion and ensure our business has a unified voice.
• Uphold content writing style guidelines and support content and marketing organization tools & processes.

What’s your profile?

Ideally, you have 2-3 years of content writing/creation experience in agencies or startups in the B2B digital/tech space.

Must haves:

• 
  Excellent command of English and German (native speaker or bilingual).
• Proven track record in creating strong, engaging content from scratch.
• Proven excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
• Excellent content planning, organization, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with product, sales, and relevant stakeholders.
• Strong desire to become a subject matter expert in e-mobility and commercial fleet electrification and build excitement on the subject through your content.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment and wear many hats if needed.

• A portfolio of content or creative work projects.
• Knowledge of the e-mobility or automotive/transportation sector.
