Role & Responsibilities
- Depending on your previous experience, we offer you different entry possibilities and corresponding responsibilities
- As part of our dynamic team, you will advise banks, financial service providers or FinTechs on current regulatory requirements, credit processes or regulatory requirements regarding sustainability (ESG)
- You will develop strategies and concepts to ensure a regulatory compliant and practicable frameworks and then support our clients throughout the implementation
- You work as a specialist in the context of ECB and Bundesbank special audits and support individual teams with your specialized knowledge

Skills, Knowledge, Experience
- You have successfully completed your studies in economics, law, financial mathematics, business informatics or a comparable course (e.g. banking or finance)
- Preferably, you have already been able to gain initial experience in the areas of risk management, ESG or banking supervisory law. In this context, you have dealt in particular with requirements such as ESG (EU taxonomy, SFDR or CSRD), CRR II/CRRIII, KWG, MaRisk, SREP, ICAAP, ILAAP, risk quantification of financial risks, stress testing or risk management of non-financial risks
- Thanks to your good knowledge of German and/or English, you act confidently in an international environment. Furthermore, the basic knowledge of German or the willingness to learn the German language is desirable
- You approach new challenges in a solution-oriented manner, have very strong analytical skills and you are customer-oriented and a team player
- You have a good feeling for the requirements and needs of our clients as well as a high degree of motivation, curiosity and proactivity.
