Your assignments
In your role as Business Analyst (Expert/Senior Expert) (m/f/d) you will be responsible for identifying growth potentials within our Care Delivery International (CDI) business, assessing growth performance and supporting planning & tracking of organic growth initiatives at country and clinic level.
- Monitor growth KPI’s to identify growth potentials and map them within the clinic network; develop & coordinate maintenance of clinic-level market intelligence
- Identify growth opportunities, based on market facts and data
- Develop insights into modality shares, payer shares and other growth factors
- Conduct regular analyses to understand growth performance vs. market growth at clinic level
- Drive bottom-up, fact-driven, country growth budgeting and organize regular follow-up on initiatives and target achievements
- Keep track of underperforming clinics and the measures planned to raise performance
- Assess economic feasibility of growing different services, like CKD, Acute and dialysis modalities in different countries and impact of changing modality shares
- Develop regular reports and analyses as well as contribute to the development of financial models
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, or science. Master’s in statistics is a plus
- Considerate relevant professional experience in in a data driven role
- Fluent in English, any other language can be an advantage
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
- Highly inquisitive professional, structured, methodical and organized
- Self-learner
- Good communicator with good interaction skills
- Expert in data analysis using MsExcel
