CureVac Manufacturing GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of CureVac SE, is a biopharmaceutical company producing novel drugs based on the natural molecule Messenger RNA (mRNA). Our focus is on innovative cancer immunotherapies, prophylactic vaccines and molecular therapies. To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently looking to recruit a
SCM Quality Manager (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:- Generate a priority plan for IGC and QC, balancing project priorities, MPS requirements, release backlog, raw material inventory and QC release capacity
- Determining QA release and deviation closure requirements to ensure the feasibility of the master production schedule
- Validate release requirements in weekly QC planning meeting
- Keep batch tracker up to date with planned and actual manufacturing output and quality status
- Highlight bottlenecks and show the impact on the critical path
- Validate release and deviation closure prioritization
- Assess existing capacity and create forecasts based on internal and external release capacity
- Monitor performance in accordance with performance management framework
- Align with Manufacturing and Quality on manufacturing and quality outcome
- Gather batch consumption and production documentation from CMOs
- Master's degree in engineering or natural sciences, or comparable education with several years of professional experience
- Relevant practical experience in a similar function or in the field of supply chain management of pharmaceuticals and their raw products
- Relevant experience in the field of supply chain management with very good knowledge of SCM processes
- Knowledge of current quality management standards and pharmaceutical regulations (GMP, GDP)
- Assertive, collaborative, team-oriented with very good communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must, additional German skills are preferred
