Backend Developer (w/m/d)

You should be enthusiastic about design, be able to work in a team, be motivated to explore the new dimensions of the innovation market and have an ability to work in a self-organized manner.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Evaluating different approaches for technical solutions
• Designing technical solutions
• Implementation and Unit Testing
• Acting as full team member, including design and code reviews, participating in Agile rituals, etc

Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Work closely with a focused development & Design team to quickly iterate on new solutions.
• Developing AI and data analysis tools to one of our platforms.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative work environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of system design, including the operational design trade-offs
• Experience developing in Python required, django framework preferred
• Excellent debugging and analytical skills
• Experience maintaining production-level applications
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge and good experience to develop AI solutions.
