AdresseCognizant is looking for a German native speaker who is a high-energy, business-savvy Corporate Communications professional to take on a newly-created hybrid role leading integrated communications for the DACH region.
This full-time Associate Director Corporate Communications role (hybrid / Frankfurt a. M.) has a generous salary and benefits package.
In your first few weeks in this Senior Communications Manager role, you can expect to:
· Develop and execute the communications strategy for the DACH regional leader that effectively informs, inspires and engages internal and external audiences
· Create compelling business and thought leadership content that captures the executive's voice in an authentic way
· Develop and distribute leader communications across multiple channels and formats, including text, digital, video and live events
· Lead the country leader’s external speaking, PR and social media activities in partnership with the global communications team and external agencies
To apply for this Associate Director Corporate Communications role, you will need a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism or Marketing) and 8+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, public relations, internal or executive communications. You will also require the following:
· Excellent writing and content production skills in German and English
· Experience working with senior business and thought leaders
· The ability to lead, collaborate and influence in a matrixed organization with multiple project teams and timelines
