Your Tasks:

  • Leading the sales back office (post-onboarding)
  • Co-ordination with sales representatives in our source markets
  • Co-ordination of reservation processes with in-house departments and external service providers
  • Developing marketing and sales measures in conjunction with new digital sales platforms
  • Co-ordination of business acquisition in our source markets (mainly Greater China and Southeast Asia), occasional travels to the source markets are required

Our Requirements:

  • Business degree, ideally with a focus on International Business, Business Chinese, or similar experience in Sales or Travel Sales
  • Business fluency in English, Mandarin skills, at least basic German
  • Work experience in tourism and International Sales, experience in Asia is advantageous
  • Proactive and structured working mentality and high degree of flexibility
