What will your essential responsibilities include?
· Assist on reporting and management of client and broker data, preparing monthly reports to the management team on client and broker performance
· Assist on Client Management coordination and preparation
· Assist on intermediary management, gaining understanding of the brokers business, providing insights to the business to drive revenue growth with brokers
· Assist on Pipeline Management and consolidation, identifying potential clients for future partnership
· To coordinate multiline business to drive Cross-Sell between AXA Entities to increase product density
· Support all broker-related activities to maintain consistent approaches delivered to the brokers from all AXA entities
· Assist with AXAXL Client ESG / Sustainability strategy, especially with Renewable Energy clients
· Assist with client meetings and develop client engagement skills
You will report to the Client Management and Business Development Leader Asia.

· Fluent written and verbal English
· An Asian Language is preferred
