AdresseZalando Fulfillment Solutions (ZFS) is offering a fulfillment service for our B2B platform partners. The department was founded over four years ago and has a flair of a startup within Zalando. Our Team is rapidly expanding and we are now looking for a highly motivated Operations Assistant to ensure that our B2B Partners are guided and supported in all aspects of our operations.
As an ZFS Partner Success Management Working Student you will be supporting operational topics with our Partners. You will act as a liaison between our Partner Care and internal teams. You will support your colleagues in the Operations team in bringing our Operational Support to the next level.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- You will be responsible for the processing of Partner Operational requests
- You will act as support for Success Managers, as well as taking a lead in data capturing/analysis to enable Partner Performance deep dives
- You will provide insights and administrative support for a variety of Operations projects
- You will act as a liaison for our Partner Care Team
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…
- You have a high level understanding of logistic processes (Logistics department, third-party logistics etc.) and/or in the fashion industry is a plus.
- You are able to multitask and prioritize, coping well in a fast-paced environment with time-critical tasks.
- You are a solution oriented problem solver, with an analytical mindset
- You have a profound knowledge of Excel and great communication skills in English. German is a plus.
