Your task in our team…
- Support our sales team in the day-to-day business as well as in the conceptualization of the sales strategy for our software solutions.
- Conception, control, implementation and monitoring of new or existing customer as well as existing customer support in our CRM System
- You will conduct follow-ups, compile statistics, and track sales results through reporting and analysis
- Market analyses and identification of potential leads
Your experiences and knowledge…
- Student of a business degree program with focus on sales
- Ideally first knowledge or experience in Sales, Marketing and/or CRM
- You are customer-oriented and have good communication skills, both written and verbal, especially on the phone
- Fluent in German and English
