Your tasks
As a Transformation Manager , you support the GSM strategy by steering the execution of projects, ensuring an efficient utilization of resources, regular tracking, and communication of results. In addition, you will design, develop, and facilitate effective learning initiatives to enhance the organization capability. This position will be located at our Essen Office, with hybrid work arrangement option as part of our New Way of Work initiative.
Projects Management for Strategy Execution
Supports GSM transformation by managing the GSM Ambition projects execution- Ensures full integration of transformation principles into Global Spend Management Community and relevant projects
- Establishes project governance framework to have a structured approach for tracking business initiatives
- In charge of planning, follow-up, and communication of projects/initiatives to various stakeholders (e.g., Leadership team and GSM Community)
- Organizes, attends, and participates in regular GSM Ambition projects update meetings
- Provides coaching and support to all Ambition Leads to understanding OKR principles and other aspects of project execution
- Prepares presentation materials and progress reporting for various stakeholders such as the leadership team and the broader GSM community
- Responsible for GSM Communication standards and provides communication to connect the GSM community through regular internal newsletter, GSM Intranet content, GSM Community MS Teams, and communication planning consultation
- Partners with local and global teams to define training needs
- Partners with People & Organization department and functional experts to recommend, design and development solutions to address behavioral and functional/technical training needs
- Manages communication, marketing, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of training programs
- Provides training consultation and coaching support related to individual and team development
- Facilitates onboarding, best-practice sharing, quarterly virtual townhalls, and teambuilding workshops
Requirements
Your profile:
- University degree in business or related discipline
- Strong project management and change management skills and structured working style with a proven track record to work with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) including workshop facilitation and ability to present information effectively to diverse audience
- Experience in implementing innovative training solutions in a global environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify knowledge gaps and develop relevant learning programs to improve internal knowledge
- Self-motivated and ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a high paced continuously changing environment
- Able to work autonomously and effectively at all levels in an organization while also being a collaborative
- Experience working in global Finance, Procurement or Real Estate department is a plus
- High proficiency in the MS Office Suite
- Fluent in English
