We are looking for you to support us from April 1st, 2023 in our Head Office in Hamburg, Germany.
Your tasks:
- As a Trainee in Global Ocean Freight you will get the chance to proactively manage projects, including resource planning, problem resolution and communication on progress and issues to global management
- You will take over responsibility for monitoring and controlling the performance of the ocean product interface with corporate IT team to ensure business requirements are translated into
- Support the development and roll out of global trade processes and tools
- Also you will plan and perform e.g. testing activities and interact with user groups to ensure uptake of technology and provide feedback to IT groups
- You will support the team in e.g. data quality initiatives and follow ups
Requirements
Your profile:
- Good university degree in the specific business field (e.g. logistics, logistics engineering, econometrics & operations research)
- Enterprising mindset and proactive approach to business as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Skills like PowerBI and/or PowerApps are nice to have
- Good communication skills and high level of service orientation
- Proficient knowledge of English, a further language is of advantage
