As a Team and Project Assistant, you will be joining ZEISS to work on new cutting-edge projects and concepts for our customers. You will become an integral member of our young and international team, continuously working alongside experienced team members on the evolution of our high-profile innovation projects.
As a Team and Project Assistant, your role will involve:
- Comprehensive administrative support of the management and project management office
- Support in controlling projects with regard to time, cost and quality goals
- Support of project managers in the handling and control of project activities
- Project controlling as well as creation of reports and presentations
- Preparation/organization of meetings, workshops, and international project events
- Implementation of all assistance tasks such as appointment management, travel bookings/billing, time management, processing of orders for the team
- Support in projects and takeover of sub-projects
As a Team and Project Assistant, you will ideally have:
- Completed commercial training, studies or a similar qualification
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience
- Organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility, independent work and security in dealing with MS Office
- Analytical thinking skills and in-depth experience in project management in an international context
