Talent Acquisition & Attraction Specialist - Logistics&Warehousing
Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior management level professionals for warehouse sites across multiple locations in Europe, with a focus on Germany, the Netherlands, and Denmark.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for warehouse management and logistics roles.
* Build and maintain relationships with Operational Leaders and teams, acting as their main point of contact and sparring partner on recruitment matters.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams, such as the People function, TAA, Rewards and other Operational functions to secure a strong partnership and setting clear expectations of recruitment delivery.
* Support employer branding activities such as career fairs, social media campaigns, etc.
* Proactively communicate with hiring managers, provide relevant reporting to key stakeholders stakeholders throughout the recruitment process and ensure that decisions are driven with data backed up solutions.
* Work closely with the project management team when it comes to new warehouse launches, activating recruitment plans and sourcing solutions to ensure we have the right sized workforce for go live events.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience as a recruitment specialist, with a solid understanding of recruitment fundamentals, including local legislation, recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing and pipeline building, compensation packages, etc.
* Previous experience recruiting management level professionals into warehousing sites.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Understanding of blue collar recruitment is an asset.
* Previous experience or interest in launching recruitment on new sites and engaging the community from scratch
* Can-do attitude and ability to autonomously drive the recruitment agenda.
* Experience from large international organizations and the ability to build and manage relationships internationally and navigate complex stakeholder matrix.
* Flexibility and adaptability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a regional language.
