We are looking for a Swedish speaker that can help support our Swedish account.

The length and type of employment will depend on your skills set and performance. Ideally, we're looking for someone that can work for 3-6 months, with the possibility to stay permanently if the account performs well. Part timer welcome in which case the employment can be for longer. Please state your bruto salary expectations as this job may attract diverse profiles and there's no point wasting time on both sides if we cannot meet each other's expectations. We cannot review an application without salary expectations.

The role will focus on helping the Swedish account. We started the Swedish account with Amazon a couple of years ago as a side project and we now want to give it more focus by checking the current listings, improving its content, translate the content of the new products, the manuals, ETC. There may be an opportunity to start other platforms.

Any possibility to help on any other account, Germany / Italy / Spain / France / Netherlands / etc, would be welcome and help ensuring a longer contract. As we are an international team, we all speak English, but it is only used for communication reasons, it therefore doesn't need to be at a high level.

The goal is to assist our team with customer service primarily, occasionaly helping on the B2B side, creating content, managing the account and keeping the business running overall. Your profile and aspirations may therefore lead you to be involved in other aspects of the business.

About the company:

Duronic is a global brand based in Romford, UK as well as Ratingen, Germany. We began in 2005 producing consumer and home products and have since expanded in to Health, Home, Kitchen and business products. We sell online, to resellers and to wholesalers throughout Europe.

Our account managers normally work on:

- Translating / proofreading / producing documents into their language.

- Helping with the business side, including marketing, promotions, content creating, platform integrations, prices, fulfillment, ETC.

- Customer service - You will be fully trained to answer emails from both customers and B2Bs. There are very very few emails.

Our working hours are in between 8h and 17h Monday to Friday with a 1h lunch break. Part timers could therefore fit a schedule within those hours.
