About the Role
We are currently looking for a Validation Engineer Infotainment for a high-quality in-vehicle infotainment solutions.

What You Will Do
- Infotainment ECU update with tools including low level flashing and navigation map update
- Update of other telematics components (displays, telematics control unit, head-up display, sound)
- Functional/System/Acceptance test for telematics control units and infotainment control units within stationed vehicles as well as test drives
- Review of requirements and test cases
- Defect reporting, defect evaluation and defect tracking
- Perform Root cause analysis
What You Need
- Relevant University Degree (BSc, MSc, Dipl.-Ing., Dipl.-Inf.) or equivalent qualification
- More than 5 years hands-on experience in automotive related testing
- Working experience of automotive networking systems (CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Flex ray, Automotive Ethernet, DOIP)
- Solid technical background in vehicle update and issue analysis
- Must have experience in generating reports (Excel)
- Familiar with CAPL scripting
- Experience with vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer)
- Knowledge in the areas of testing and validation and their processes
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, ideally along with agile principles
- Experience with UI testing
- Team-player having very good communication skills
- Self-organized and highly collaborative
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- German Driver's License
What is Nice to Have
- Few years of experience with test automation and any prior hands-on experience with complex software testing environments
- Python knowledge preferred with prior use in automated testing
- Good knowledge in automation frameworks
- S1/L1 and S2/L2 driver license
- High Voltage L1 certification
