AdresseGLOBALG.A.P. is a brand of smart farm assurance solutions developed by FoodPLUS GmbH in Cologne, Germany, with cooperation from producers, retailers, and other stakeholders from across the food industry. These solutions include a range of standards for safe, socially, and environmentally responsible farming practices. The most widely used GLOBALG.A.P. standard is Integrated Farm Assurance (IFA), applicable for fruit and vegetables, aquaculture, floriculture, livestock, and more. This standard also forms the basis for the GGN label: The consumer label for certified, responsible farming and transparency.
For our Capacity Building team, we are looking for a Student Assistant (m/f/d) working 15-20 hours per week to start immediately (employment period of minimum 12 months).
Your tasks
- Editing of MS Word and MS PowerPoint documents
- Creating certificates for workshop participants
- Posting documents and packages
- Website admin support for the GLOBALG.A.P. Academy website
- Set-up of trainings in the Academy learning management system (incl. uploading of exams and proctoring of the exam sessions)
- Archiving data in training database
Your profile
- Enrolled student in the field of business administration or agricultural sciences
- Business fluent in English; any additional language (esp. Spanish) is beneficial
- Competent handling of MS Office and general IT affinity
- Quick learner and team player with good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and in a structured way with attention to detail
