You will take care of the following tasks:

• As the Senior SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with the goals of the company.
• You will identify key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SEO and monitor metrics such as redirects, click rate, and bounce rate.
• You will optimize website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
• You will report on the results of your efforts on a bi-weekly basis to the marketing team.
• When problems arise, you will identify the issues and implement solutions to address them.
• You will continuously seek out ways to optimize processes and increase productivity.
• You will collect and analyze data to generate reports on traffic, rankings, and other relevant SEO metrics.
• In collaboration with the social media team, you will launch crossmedia campaigns.
• You will stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in SEO and integrated marketing.
• As the leader of the editorial team, you will be responsible for overseeing content marketing for the blog and managing a team of 20+ writers.
• You will provide training and hold workshops for the writing team to enhance their skills.
• Your goal will be to help the company become the leading provider of offerwall websites in search results.
• You will perform audits of various types and address any pain points identified.
• Using tools like SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog, you will assess the organic search performance of the website and identify opportunities for improvement.
• You will work towards achieving organic search revenue goals and create a strategy for it.
• You will create and lead initiatives to improve organic search ranking, visits, and revenue, with the aim of maximizing return on investment.
• As a senior member of the team, you will direct and supervise major SEO activities, including tech audits, keyword research, and competitive research.
• You will work with other departments to run and create AdSense Campaigns

You should:

• You will be required to be based in Berlin and physically present in the office at least 3 days per week.
• You should have a proven track record in SEO, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• You should be comfortable and skilled at collaborating with other teams.
• Strong data literacy and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for the company are essential for this role.
• We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker and able to understand the business impact of their decisions. You should also be hands-on and have a growth mindset.
• We value candidates who are able to find creative solutions to technical challenges and demonstrate resilience.
• Experience working with complex marketing metrics and KPIs is preferred.
• You should be a team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong presentation and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with basic tech/HTML for SEO purposes is desired.
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or online marketing, is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
