What will you do ‍

You will be a key part of the sales team. You will be responsible for the development of our marketplace via outbound and inbound. You will report to the VP Sales.


Who we are looking for ‍️

  • You have 3+ years of outbound sales experience. B2B and/or financial services is a plus
  • You have excellent communication skills and can handle sensitive matters with diplomatic delicacy
  • You are highly (self-)organized, want to move fast, and maintain attention to detail when it matters most
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Experience with tech-driven and distributed companies is a plus
  • You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU. re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment

Your key responsibilities

  • You will reach out to, engage with and onboard new clients and will be the main point of contact for customers and partners
  • You will coordinate the onboarding process of our clients with other departments (such as Risk, Debt Advisory, Marketing) to provide an exceptional experience
  • You will setup and execute a strategy of key verticals
