We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role to join our rapidly growing renewable energy company based in Berlin. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and establishing relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Contact leads and carry out pilots to demonstrate product capabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar sales role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Knowledge of the renewable energy industry
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Experience using CRM software
