As Senior-Engineer Build & Development Environment System-Team:
Your Job:
- take over responsibility for our CI/CD pipelines
- keep our complex, embedded product landscape (Android, Linux, QNX, …) maintainable/scalable
- keeping pipelines flexible, enabling Multi-variant configurations, supporting complex branching strategies
- guide and lead a small team of engineers by planning, balancing of tasks and resources
- coordinate collaboration inside the distributed team
- align with other teams within the system domain as well as within project scope
- be the interface to other leads, developers and architects
- decisions on project specific CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
- enforcement of coding guidelines and team collaboration rules to keep high quality standards, including adjusting those guidelines if needed
Your are:
- proven track record in architecting and designing CI/CD Pipelines
- experience with Build-Tooling and Packaging Technologies
- facilitating team roadmap planning and task estimation
- train and support the members of the team and other developers
- proven ability to drive technical decisions successfully
- performing good presentations in live and in online settings – inspiring, to the point
- Jenkins, Jira, Artifactory, Azure DevOps, Gitlab, Github, Groovy and YAML, Python and Bash, Debian, Conan
- knowledge about safety processes (ISO26262, ASPICE) is a benefit
- good to excellent English communication skills
- good to excellent degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar qualification
