A Day in Supply Chain Management
In this role you will develop plans to ensure supply of required products in the most effective manner, in order to meet market demand and maintain high service level while taking into consideration inventory, quality, operational capacity and cost.
You will lead the Site Supply Chain Team by identify, recruit, develop and retain qualified supply chain professionals to provide high level service to the site. You implement managerial practices to ensure the team’s high performance, modeling Teva's values and leadership framework.
You serve as an influential member of the Site Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Site General Manager as well as be part of the group-wide Global Supply Chain Network with exchange of best practices and advice from specialists.
You own the Site S&OP Process, that means you support the Global S&OP at the site level. Analyze net demand variations and capacity constraints by technology, including quality constraints affecting the service level. Discuss the outcomes with key stakeholders, define recovery plans, facilitate decision processes.
You will be responsible for the rough and detailed planning of 4 production areas with multiple process steps and take over the responsibility for the introduction of new products for product transfers to the factory. Introduction of new raw materials including ensuring timely provision of raw materials.
You will be coordinating with the quality department for test plans and product release and liaise with markets and organise delivery of released products and ensure customer service levels are met.
You will ensure storage, transportation and overall logistics of raw materials and finished goods and are responsible for the company's stock and all material inventory.

Do you have
... extensive working experience in supply and demand process management (such as S&OP) as well as in-depth understanding of all steps involved in supply chain processes (including S&OP, AOP, MPS, ERP and MRP)
... advanced familiarity and understanding of production/laboratory scheduling processes and quality processes
... adequate knowledge in product and tech transfer as well as OPEX principles and tools
... adequate working knowledge of project management tools and processes in a production, process based environment
... advanced knowledge of relevant IT planning systems and platforms
... understanding the core business value and growth drivers
... acting with internal and external customer needs in mind and considering customer service of paramount importance
... proficiency in English and German
