About us
At MBition, we are bringing digital luxury to mobility users around the world. To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network. As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS). In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development. With offices in Berlin and Sofia, we are aiming to bring new generation of innovative infotainment systems across the globe.
Your Mission
You will contribute to the development of our first-in-class in-vehicle infotainment system MBUX - using various technologies, frameworks, and interfaces. You will be part of an integration team that will integrate the MBUX UI software into the newest generation of the infotainment operating system on an ongoing basis.
Sneak preview of your future tasks
As a Scrum Master (SM), working closely with MBition HMI teams you will be responsible for ensuring that the teams develop an agile mindset and live according to the agile values and principles. You will be supporting your teams in communicating with stakeholders outside our organization and be a bridgehead between departments and other Scrum teams.
You will work with the team, moderate discussions, and actively promote agile working methods within the domain. By doing so, you will help the team to continuously improve workflows and achieve sprint goals smoothly. Furthermore, you will be also part of a larger project team that embraces the mindset of agile development and takes responsibility for our products and services.
Qualifikationen
Your Profile
Education:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable qualification Skills.
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience and Agile development principles. Long practice with Scrum and Scrum teams.
- Experience with scaling agile development into larger organizations.
- Affinity with the automotive industry and experience with embedded SW-development environments, preferable also with automotive product development processes.
- Working knowledge of audit approach in software development departments.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to deal with conflict
- Excellent analytical skills and an independent, structured, and target-oriented approach to work
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Agile mindset with persistence and passion
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
Language skills
- Proficient in English, German is a plus!
