a great sales coordinator” well maybe they didn’t, but it’s true. You’ll be all
about organisation, the fine detail and timing. All those little things that
bind the teams and the customer together, ensuring our services and delivery
remain first class.
Tasks
You’ll work between the sales, project and client teams making sure data-related, documentation and planning tasks are completed efficiently.
You’ll be the organizer, the one who knows who to go to or where to find the information to remove blockers and get things done.
- You’ll be responsible for keeping the CRM system up to date
- Prepare mailouts, respond to initial requests for information from prospects
- Take ownership of admin preparation for trade fairs and events
- Consolidate data from trade fairs and events and get it set up in the CRM ready for sales to act upon
- Stay in contact with customers and prospects to ensure their information is up to date
- Work closely with the team leaders and project managers providing different types of information
- Support sales and marketing by preparing quotations and presentations as required
Requirements
- Full fluency in German (Written and spoken) and a good standard of English
- You have experience working with a CRM system
- Natural people person, good communication skills and great on the phone
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Project management skills
- You don’t need to be an IT expert but you do need to be able to understand and work with different applications used in a modern office environment
- Good understanding of MS Office
- Bonus points for experience working in a coordination position in a B2B sales environment
