Our client is a Japanese Internet service provider. To strengthen their team in Düsseldorf, they are currently looking for a Sales Administrator (m/f/d).
Ihre Aufgaben
- Creating quotations for customers and obtaining quotations from suppliers
- Negotating prices with customers
- Creating purchase orders and processing product and service purchases
- Inspecting deliveries
- Creating renewal quotations for warranties, software subscriptions, etc.
- Keeping track of deliveries and stock
- Building and Maintaining relationships to suppliers, manufacturers and partners
- Preparation of reports and presentations
- Assisting in the planning of events
- Various administrative tasks
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Prior work experience in a sales assistant role is of advantage
- Interest in IT
- Previous experience in an IT related company is advantageous
- Proficient use of MS Office programs
- Business fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Additional Japanese skills are of advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
