As an Inside Sales Consultant, you are supporting our Sales Team, mainly with an Italian focus. That way you ensure that our customers are satisfied and that any semi-trailer finds its way to the rail.
You do that by:
Developing a relationship with our customers- Prepare and send proposals to our customers
- Reply to our customer’s requests and questions
- Consult our customers about guidelines and policies, as well as procedures related to intermodal transport
- Transfer commercial information to Customer Care/Sales Managers regarding new customers and cross-selling products
- Achieve new sales leads and work hand in hand with your sales manager to follow them up successfully
You should have
- Hold a high school diploma in business administration, marketing, technical, tourism, languages, or logistics
- Best way you have gained some experience in transport/logistics industry
- You bring advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You should speak fluent English and Italian
- You have the willingness to work from Germany in Frankfurt or Leipzig, in Verona, or remotely
