Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated sales professional who can identify and assist customers with implementing leading-edge GaN-based solutions to meet their design challenges. This teammate will understand the sales process, excel at generating and converting leads, and develop long-term customer relationships. The primary focus of this position will be to generate and develop new customers and markets for client's GaN power technology in EMEA, together with our distribution network.
Critical aspects of the role include demand creation, execution of account penetration sales strategy, monitoring and reporting of account/market plans against yearly goals, including design wins, reference designs, revenue forecast, distribution strategies, and distributor management.
Principal Responsibilities:
Expanding the customer base and market opportunities for our client in EMEA.
* EMEA distributor management
* Drive sales strategy for the territory
* Business development for existing & new accounts in EMEA
* Experience and close contacts with accounts in Industrial Automation or Solar Industry is a plus.
* Defining key sales channels to support the business plan and customer growth
* Liaising with internal teams to develop critical accounts & emerging markets
* Assisting with product definition to meet identified needs of the EMEA market
* Identifying and securing new design wins with existing & new accounts
* Development and execution of the territorial business plan
* Develop and retain key channel partners
Key Performance Measures:
* Performance achievement to revenue and design win budgets
* Critical customer penetration and relationship building with key decision-makers and influencers
* Accuracy and delivery to the sales forecast
* Retention and development of distributors in EMEA
* Deliver revenue and profitability growth in line with the client's goals
Job Requirements:
* 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing functions.
* A commercial/technical background in power semiconductors would be an advantage.
* BS or MS in Electronic Engineering or relevant disciplines.
* Strong communications skills, proficiency in spoken and written English and other European language
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Business / Technical English is mandatory.
* Willingness to take on a project outside of the primary role.
* Excellent balance of long term and short-term focus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education/Experience:
* BS or MS in Electronic Engineering or relevant disciplines.

Rotations: Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day

DEPARTMENT INFORMATION

As a Data Support Officer in our Managed Asset Solutions team, you are responsible for the overall creation, updating and quality governance of the clients asset master data in our Enterprise Asset Management system IBM Maximo, in close cooperation with our technical experts and our user community on board of our fleet of vessels.

This way, you play a critical role in day to day operations, and in helping make informed decisions using trusted data.

Your responsibilities

* You are in close contact with our users where your drive is to support them in regards to the creation of asset & maintenance data, and to improve their ability to use the EAM system through matter specific guidance.

* You highly value a uniform categorization and coding system, as defined together with our technical experts.

* You support and make suggestions for data enhancement , including regularly reviewing data quality procedures, tools and templates to continuously maintain and improve over-all data quality.

* You guide and see through the successful delivery of data enhancement projects.

* You use data quality standards in your communication with our users to improve data quality.

* You build close relationships with our stakeholders and users to ensure that the data is fit for use.

Your profile

* You have a technical Bachelor degree or have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a professional, technical environment.

* You have good knowledge of technical products such as combustion engines, pumps and cranes.

* You can read technical drawings and specifications.

* You are service-minded, with an affinity for software.

* Good knowledge of IBM Maximo, MS Excel, Power BI or SQL is a plus.

* Knowledge of Maintenance, Stock Management, Purchase & Logistics processes is a plus.

* You value accurate work, and you feel responsible for a clean and uniform dataset.

* You are a team player and you have an open and positive attitude.

* You are solution-minded and optimistic by nature.

* You are fluent in English.

Responsibilities

    Remote Surveying: Utilize online surveying tools and technologies to collect geospatial data, including topographical, bathymetric, and hydrographic information, from project sites.
    2. Data Collection: Employ remote sensing techniques, satellite imagery, and other digital sources to gather precise data for project planning and monitoring.
    3. Geographic Information Systems (GIS): Process and analyze collected data using GIS software to create accurate maps, models, and visual representations.
    4. Quality Control: Verify the accuracy and integrity of collected data, ensuring it meets the required standards and specifications.
    5. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand surveying requirements and provide timely data support.
    6. Reporting: Compile and present surveying findings in clear and concise reports, aiding in project decision-making and communication.
    7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest surveying technologies and methodologies, contributing to the enhancement of the client's surveying capabilities.
    8. Environmental Considerations: Adhere to environmental regulations and sustainable practices in data collection, ensuring minimal impact on the ecosystem.

Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Geographic Information Systems, Remote Sensing, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience in online surveying, remote sensing, and geospatial data collection and analysis.
    3. Proficiency in using online surveying tools, GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS), and remote sensing applications.
    4. Strong understanding of geospatial concepts, coordinate systems, and data projection techniques.
    5. Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure data accuracy and precision in remote surveying processes.
