The Professional Services Team is responsible for providing customized products and services to our clients. These include Newsletter Templates, Landing Pages, Workflow Creation and Custom Integration and more.
Your first task is to make sure that all requests to the team are answered and processed. You will be responsible for getting feedback from the team and making sure that the necessary resources are available.
In addition, you discuss new ideas with your team and the revenue team in order to satisfy our customers even better.

Planning & Operations:

  • Lead a team of 8 specialists, building training and career paths to drive a highly satisfied and performing team
  • Defining the Capacity plan, managing the hiring of internal or external resources according to the team bandwidth
  • Track and report key KPIs and metrics to assess the success of the practice and adjust and optimize team operations (time-to-value, customer satisfaction and on-time completion of projects, team efficiency)

Growth:

  • Meet revenue and P&L targets
  • Partner with AEs & CSMs to enhance the Catalogue of offer
  • Work closely with the product team on improving Sib integrations and features used by the PS team

Delivery:

  • Participate in functional and technical discovery calls with clients, AEs & CSMs to understand customer requirements and help close deals
  • Define project scope, pricing, and timeline
  • Manage client project success

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years relevant experience (Professional services and managerial/ leadership experience)
  • People-oriented: leadership skills, Interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Solution-oriented: client-first and creative mindset
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Ability to cost estimate a large range of project types, and to track and meet budgets
  • Experience in implementing clear and logical processes
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
