As Project Manager Seat Validation (m/f/d) at the Mönchengladbach location or in home office, you will be part of the Competence Center and responsible for the component validation of our existing customers. In consultation with OEMs, internal departments and external project partners, you will plan the entire course of projects and manage them independently with the aim of validation on time. For the coordination of test laboratories in China, you can rely on good written and spoken Mandarin language skills.
This includes:
- Global project planning and management with the aim of seat validation and other components.
- The creation, review and coordination of test plans / DVPs.
- Continuous project reporting for customers and management.
- Coordinating with international project partners and stakeholders.
Your skills:
- A successfully completed degree in engineering, automotive technology, mechanical engineering or comparable courses of study. Alternatively, a technical education and several years of professional experience in comparable qualification.
- Experience as a project manager in the validation of vehicle components.
- Good knowledge of Mandarin and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills, a high level of initiative and very good self-organization.
- A positive mindset with a high goal and result orientation.
