What you will do to help the transition to green energy

• Working within the Operations Project Management Office you will be responsible for driving projects to ensure timelines and deliverable are met to ensure to the ongoing growth of sonnen’s Operations business unit
• Experience in delivery of Product and Strategic projects desirable
• Interface with key stakeholders in Operations and Cross Functions to achieve goals and deliverables.
• Derives tasks and manage resources needed for a given project
• Develop and maintains detailed schedules and project plans
• Manage projects within the defined global processes and ensure associated tollgate deliverables are achieved
• Drive project deliverables and task completion
• Develop and implement corrective actions for overdue tasks and deliverables
• Critically analyze projects long-term plan and understand critical path and risks to deploy mitigating strategies
• Prepare project status reporting
• Liaise with key stakeholders and business unit leaders for approvals and decisions within the project framework

What you will need on that journey

• A demonstrated ability to manage work and execution to timelines
• Experiences in project management including budgets, scopes, schedules, resource allocation, deliverables, reporting, and risk assessment/mitigation.
• Experience in delivering high value, high effort, mid to long-term projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency with common Project Management software tools
• Proven ability to make informed and calculated decisions and take leadership.
• Passionate, positive, and highly motivated personality with a strong work ethic and business mindset
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication both written and oral and proven presentation skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
• Experience within Manufacturing and Operations business preferred.
• Knowledge of lean and six sigma preferred
• Traditional waterfall project management skills required plus Agile Project Management Experience (preferred)
• Very good communication skills in German and English
