Your Role
- Support team in general administrative topics to ensure smooth project operations
- Support team in preparing materials for communication such as power point presentations, emails, letters etc.
- Support communication, change and training workstream with creation of content and roll-out
- Calendar management (scheduling of all overarching management meetings and coordination of appoint-ments)
- Support in general office administration, e.g. email inbox, task delegation and priority setting
- Travel organization (planning and organizing business trips and ensuring correct travel expense reporting)
- Independent preparation and follow-up of meetings and events together with the core team (selection of loca-tions, participant and guest management, on-site support, follow-up)
- Preparation of SAP reports and assistance in tracking and reporting of project related costs and booking
- Purchase requisitions and ordering of requested materials and services, following ZEISS RuRe process
- Interacting with internal and external vendors regarding ordered / requested materials and services, invoices, etc.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or comparable preferred Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable task
- Knowledge of ZEISS culture and organization, internal network preferred
- Experience in working with cross-cultural, multinational teams preferred
- Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
- SAP skills are a plus Additional characteristics
- Strong communication skills, organizational strength and integrity
- Structured way of working as well as a confident and friendly appearance
- Hands-on mentality and pragmatical mindset
- Very good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
