To expand our team we are looking for a
Project Assistant Sales / Marketing (m/f/d)
in full-time or part-time, starting as soon as possible.
ESfEQA GmbH, based in Heidelberg, offers medical laboratories a wide range of external proficiency tests in the fields of biochemistry, haematology, immunology, molecular diagnostics and microbiology. Laboratories from Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia participate in our proficiency tests to ensure a high quality of patient results.
We are a competent partner when it comes to evaluating and documenting performance and diagnostic quality by an independent party. Our professionalism in the planning, execution and statistical evaluation of proficiency tests are the basis of reliable, meaningful and recognized evaluations in laboratory diagnostics.
Your tasks with us:
- Build relationships with the worldwide distributor network of ESfEQA GmbH
- Support the order processing via the ESfEQA webshop, e-mail and telephone
- Create marketing letters
- Create delivery notes / invoices in our ERP system (SAGE100)
- Label and pack of proficiency test samples
- Support the export processing with logistics service providers
- Compile data and prepare presentations
- Optimize and update the ESfEQA homepage
Your profile – motivated and qualified:
- Scientific or commercial degree or comparable
- Professional experience in Sales and/or Marketing
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and German, language skills in Spanish are a plus
- Intensive experience with the MS Office package (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as experience with ERP systems
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with people
- A high degree of flexibility, performance, customer and result orientation
