This is a permanent position and available in full-time.
The place of work is Berlin.
Your Tasks:
- Support the creation and implementation of the annual HR roadmap and have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the HR strategy
- Independently manage HR governance issues
- Preparing of presentations and speeches (e.g. for board meetings)
- Monitoring and supporting ongoing projects, processes and deadlines
- Providing day-to-day business support including conduction internal and external correspondence independently
- Handling special tasks, ad hoc topics and project work including leading own projects
- Planning, organizing and following-up on meetings and conferences
Your Profile:
- University degree in economics/business administration, social sciences or related field,
- work experience in a global organization
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Solution-oriented, highly flexible and able to work under pressure
- Courage to make own decisions
- very good organizational skills as well as a very good understanding of numbers
- Excellent customer orientation and service attitude
- Honest, discrete and reliable working attitude
- Forward-looking, cooperative mindset as well as hands-on mentality
- Very good knowledge of relevant IT systems (MS Office and other)
- Knowledge of project management is an advantage
- Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
