What you'll do

Summary:
Cloud services must be highly reliable and secure and the same holds true for the CI/CD landscape used by SAP development teams to build these services for our customers.
Therefore, we are investing into security and looking for a Security (Senior) Specialist to strengthen our team to meet highest security and compliance standards.
The broad variety of services, technologies, infrastructures, and related requirements result in diversified and challenging tasks and make this position exciting.

The Role:
As Product Security (Senior) Specialist, you will closely work together with our teams developing and running our CI/CD services at SAP. Your tasks will consist of ensuring secure operations and delivery of our landscape. This includes organization and execution of penetration testing and audits and supporting the teams to implement new security measures and counter measures to identified weaknesses. You will also be working in close alignment with central and local security teams to continuously assure compliance with SAP’s high security standards. Additionally, you will support the teams to understand security requirements coming from security frameworks and support their implementation and documentation.

What you bring

• 
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines
• 5+ years of experience working in security area with relevant realm of responsibilities
• Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices
• Knowledge of development/infrastructure security operations principles
• Good technical background and experience using Hyperscalers like Google Cloud Platform
• Very good communication skills in German (>B2) and English
• Knowledge about CI/CD and development processes are beneficial
