Senior Brand Manager Cardiovascular Therapy (m/f/x)

Purpose of the functionDaiichi Sankyo Europe is recruiting a Customer Experience Senior Manager in the cardiovascular therapy area of its Specialty Medicines Business Unit. Join our Customer Experience Strategy group to shape the future of one of our leading cardiovascular medicines and its commercial success. The Customer Experience Senior Manager is responsible for driving the implementation of the strategic framework, focusing on an integrated approach of customer experience, considering its end to end journey. He/She is responsible for maximizing customer experience, driving implementation cross-functionally and with our affiliates. He/She is focused on value creation for HCPs and patients, through content generation and digital solutions always anchored on insights.

You combine customer and operational experience and are focused on continuous improvement. You have successful experience building impactful customer interactions and are interested to play a key role in delivering an omnichannel approach for a cardiovascular medicine. You are a passionate individual and are committed to bring value to patients.

To endorse the collaboration between affiliates and the headquarter, this position shall be based ideally in Munich, Germany or Madrid, Spain respectively other European countries where Daiichi Sankyo Europe is present with offices.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of the strategic framework for a cardiovascular medicine focusing on an integrated approach of customer experience, considering end to end journey
  • Engage cross functionally to delivering a comprehensive customer experience strategy for or a cardiovascular medicine including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing & Sales and Digital Excellence
  • Drive implementation of Single Minded Proposition for a cardiovascular medicine and is responsible for customer experience planning for the brand in alignment with the portfolio, focusing on patients
  • Challenge the strategic and implementation plans (EU and affiliates) for the brand focusing on creating one E2E customer journey
  • Drive implementation of activities and content according to customer needs, deliver on EU campaigns together with affiliates
  • Act as product owner for digital solutions, and drives implementation from the need identification to the roll out of the solutions
  • Contribute to LCM and competitive approaches
Personal skills and professional experience:
  • MBA / marketing degree
  • Up to 5-8 years experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Commercial experience and acumen
  • Experience in building impactful customer interaction ideally in Germany or Spain respectively other European countries where Daiichi Sankyo Europe is present with offices
  • Experience in creating personalized content for HCPs through development of modular content and supporting localization and implementation
  • Develop channel specific templates to be cascaded to countries, considering customer journey
  • Hands-on proactive approach and accountability
  • Good communication and strong social skills
  • Experience to work in and lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • Ability to work in English - fluent written and spoken, additional language is a plus
