About the role- Design of printed circuit boards including complex multi-layers and circuit diagrams using the tool Cadence / Allegro
- Creation of specifications and documentation for the PCB & PCBAs (drilling legend, stack build or similar)
- Creating new components and checking and maintaining existing components in Tool Cadence/Allegro
- Supervision of activities Design for Manufacturing (DfM) & Design for Assembly (DfA)
- Supervision of the printed circuit board production with EMS partners (Electronic Manufacturing Services)
- Generation of the production data for the respective PCB & PCBAs according to project progress (ODB++ / Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place etc.)
- Coworker in a mixed team of developers for high frequency and embedded computers and the mechanical design team
- Circuit simulations (SI/PI or EMC or similar) and worst-case analyses are plus points but not a requirement
- Completed technical training as a technical system designer, technical product planner or higher training or degree
- Many years of professional experience in the field of complex PCB designs
- Experience in mixed signal design and EMC-compliant design desired
- Very good knowledge of the CAD tool Cadence/Allegro and the associated addons or similar tools
- Advanced experience with ANSYS SiWave or a similar tool is a plus but not a requirement
- Very good communication skills
- Very good language skills in English and German
