As a Partner Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at Shopware you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth through joint Partner Marketing activities . You will collaborate with our partner management and our partners to create and execute marketing campaigns that maximize demand generation and demand capturing with the overall goal of revenue growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic marketing team.

• You are cultivating and nurturing relationships with our technology partners, integration partners and extension partners to drive mutual success. Your collaboration with partners is leading to joint marketing plans and successful marketing campaigns.
• You are developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that align with our partners' and our company's goals. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, events, and content, to drive demand and contribute to our revenue pipeline.
• Your collaboration with partners is leading to compelling content such as webinars, whitepapers, and case studies. You are leveraging the partner content to enhance our marketing initiatives and you are providing our marketing materials as campaigns-in-a-box to our partners.
• You are using data and analytics Tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot CRM to measure the effectiveness of Partner Marketing initiatives. The continuous optimization of campaigns is based on performance metrics.

This is what you'll bring to the table:

• You have successfully completed a degree in marketing, business or an equivalent qualification. A Master's degree (MBA) is an advantage, but not a must.
• You have several years of well-founded experience in conceiving and implementing comprehensive and performance-driven marketing campaigns , ideally in a B2B environment in the software or IT sector .
• You are experienced in project management with external stakeholders.
• If we could wish for it, you could already gain experience with the Shopware ecosystem .
• You are highly proactive and responsible and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You impress with your structured working methods and your strong analytical skills and know how to adapt dynamically and flexibly to changing requirements.
• You are an extremely talented communicator and enjoy working in a team.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English . Further language skills like Dutch or Italian are an advantage.
• You are willing to travel .
