We are looking for a
New Venture and Innovation Sales and Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
(unlimited, full-time) in Berlin, Verl, Baden-Baden, Amsterdam, Stockholm or Mobile Office (up to 80%)
Riverty is discovering business opportunities in fields such as Mobility, Personal Finance as well as web3. To ensure sales success and drive innovative products into the market, we are looking for an open minded sales and marketing professional with hands on mentality.
As part of our sales & market organization, you will work in a cross-functional high-performing enviroment to support the identification of business opportunities and realize sales success for selected ventures. You will engage with the respective ecosystems and stakeholders across all levels of seniority and support our strong growth path in user-centric fintech businesses with your excellent sales, marketing and business development mindset and experience.
Your key responsibilities:
- You will own the innovation sales activities and represent the market perspective within our ventures
- You will build relationships inhouse as well as into relevant ecosystems to test and trial product ideas and actual new products with existing and new clients
- You will ensure the collaboration across our internal sales, marketing and business development teams
- You will identify, progress and close sales opportunities, devise sales strategies, evaluate performance, forecast and provide support and corrective measures when necessary
- You will manage the development of sales and marketing collateral as well as marketing activities (i.e. online) to prepare for product launches and ensure mass market sales
- You will track and analyze sales progress in applicable tools for the portfolio of ventures
- Previous work experience (min. 5 years) in a fintech/payments and/or Tech company
- Experience with new business and innovation sales & marketing
- Proven the ability to deal with uncertainty in products and markets
- Strong passion for growing early stage ventures and products
- Proven track record of driving in a fast-paced environment and exceeding targets and expectations
- Ability to oversee multiple priorities and pipelines, including holistic overview of all outstanding communications and prospect relationships
