We have an incredible opportunity for a super organised, autonomous and experienced Private Personal Assistant to support this fantastic serial tech entrepreneur and her family in Berlin. You will provide first-class support to the principal across all of her personal and family matters, as well as business assistance as required. The principal has a number of business interests and properties internationally, she travels between Germany and the French Caribbean often, and therefore requires a polyglot candidate who is fluent in English, German, French, and Polish.

You will be someone who is organised and methodical in your work and responsible for the complete management of the principal and her family’s diaries and emails, organising travel, submitting expenses, and document administration and management. This is a fantastic role with the highly desirable option to work remotely, and therefore requires a self-starter who can work autonomously.

This role is ideal for someone looking for a healthy work/life balance who can be relied upon to support the principal and her family in a remote capacity, with the flexibility to travel with them from time to time. You will be adaptable and driven, with the ability to prioritise and manage all duties simultaneously.

Previous PA experience in a similar role is essential for this role. Candidates based in or near to Berlin are preferred, though this role is open to applications from neighbouring countries with good commuter links to Berlin. You must be flexible and reachable outside of working hours due to the nature of the role and different time zones of the principal.

This will be a 40-hour working week with core hours usually operating between 10:00-15:00 Monday to Friday, and flexibility required outside of those hours. You will either be working remotely or you will be provided with an office space in Berlin if this is preferred.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

· Diary and email management for the principal and her family

· Managing all personal appointments and social engagements

· Oversee property administration internationally

· Carry out document and finance administration

· Meeting scheduling and notes

· Travel management for the principal and her family, including booking flights, hotels, visas, itineraries etc.

· Gatekeeping - taking calls, responding to emails

· Ad-hoc duties as required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

· Fluency in English, German, French, and Polish

· Previous experience as a PA in a similar role

· Excellent time-keeping but with the ability to be flexible when needed

· Based in Berlin or Europe with good commuter links to Berlin

· Tech-savvy

· Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously

· Polished, presentable, and confident with clients and partners

· Excellent checkable references
