Due to our rapid growth, we are hiring a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our global team and take our marketing projects to the next level with their knowledge and good spirit.
This position can be in based Berlin or Mainz, Germany.
You will oversee the workflows within the marketing team and manage cross-departmental requests

YOUR MISSION
- Supporting the Global Marketing Project & Content Manager to maintain and optimize dedicated marketing projects in the fields of global compliance documentation, product configuration and country openings
- Scheduling, prioritizing, and planning projects as well as coordinating content in advance to ensure that defined project goals are achieved
- Coordinating projects within a dedicated in-house graphic team appointed to support above mentioned marketing areas
- Understanding existing workflows and teaching them to the appointed graphic team
- Developing and maintaining project file organization systems and other similar documentation within several global databases such as: global price lists, download area (official company presentations, official communication materials, compliance documents), news center etc.
- Keeping all databases and above-mentioned documents up-to-date and coordinating all change processes within databases and official documentation
- Preparing regular reports on project progress and status
YOUR PROFILE
- You have 1 – 3 years of experience in project management
- Bachelor’s or similar degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, Communication, or a similar field
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools such as Asana
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Technical understanding is an advantage
- Ability to solve problems with a creative mind and spirit
- Ability to think strategically with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German (B2 level) with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
- IT Skills: MS Office 365, Miro, Confluence, Asana and other similar systems. Good general understanding of and excitement in using computer software tools
