Our aspiration is to eliminate the WHYs and make more time for the “let’s do its”! As our Marketing Data Analyst (m/f/d) you will help reveal the unknown regarding all things influencer marketing. You will get the chance to interact with clients and multiple departments within our company to organize and structure intricate data analytical projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Your key responsibility is the weekly prioritization and scheduling of projects in close coordination with the respective project managers, taking into account external deadlines
• You coordinate and optimize SLAs, consumer insight reporting, channel and account reporting as well as standard and extended analysis
• You translate problems into solution-oriented data models
• You are responsible for the written and verbal communication with contacts at customers (m/f/d) and partners (m/f/d)
• You coordinate and consult with other teams (Operations, Engineering and Product)
• You prioritize tasks and delegation of tasks to up to 3 interns

Your Profile

• You are a graduate of a relevant degree program, e.g. business administration or marketing
• You have ideally gained some practical marketing experience and are looking to deep-dive into marketing data analytics
• You love to work with numbers and data and have advanced experience in Excel/Google Sheets and first experiences with Metabase, Tableau or other BI tools are a plus
• Data-driven "naive" - you approach each new project with an open mind and remain curious about what the data shows
• You have a hands-on mentality and are focused and solution-oriented
• You have a high motivation to perform, which is reflected in a high quality of results
• Your German and English are fluent in spoken and written language
