For the administrative support of our marketing team we are looking for a Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) for our DACH Holding Amadys Germany in the town of Frechen near Cologne as soon as possible.
Job description
- Operational support in the execution of the annual and monthly marketing plan for all Amadys DACH companies according to prio list in consultation with the Director Marketing DACH
- Administrative and operational support in the execution of trade fairs and events
- Support in the selection of advertising materials for trade fairs, roadshows and events, as well as obtaining samples and cost estimates
- Preparation of regular KPI reports for digital and classic marketing measures according to the specifications of the relevant departments
- Contact person for all marketing relevant topics regarding Amadys DACH activities
- Supervision and support of the Amadys DACH related companies
- Regular exchange and communication with the international marketing units of Amadys
Profile
- Completed professional training as a hotel manager, event manager and/or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or event management
- At least two years of professional experience in a sales, or marketing role, preferably with an event background
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a team environment
- Organized and able to grasp, understand and work through complex tasks
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, knowledge of other relevant programs an asset such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Asana or similar
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure
- Creativity with great attention to detail
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Language skills
- German: at least C1
- English: at least B2
- Other foreign language skills such as French or Dutch an advantage
