Your Responsibilities

• Leading a modern Controlling team, striving to be a value-adding function to the business
• Pro-active supporting the transition to digitized FP&A processes wherever reasonable i.e., suggest on potential improvements within NetSuite or other existing tools, keep an overview on suitable new solutions, initiate necessary working packages and projects together with the IT and Data team
• Maintaining of appropriate cost accounting, in particular cost center accounting (including setting up of profit centers) and product cost accounting
• Responsible for group-wide planning processes (financial strategy plan, budget planning, forecast) and a standardized financial reporting
• Accountable for the reporting and analysis of the most relevant corporate KPIs
• Pro-active communication of business opportunities and risks, involve in the constructive development of workable solutions and establish as a valuable business partner to the operational functions
• Participation in corporate liquidity and risk management, accountable for appropriate liquidity planning (short and long-term)
• Involve in all Risk Management / Treasury related tasks together with the Finance Director

Your qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Business administration or similar
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in controlling and/or FP&A
• Strong leadership skills to manage individuals and teams thru change
• Ability to plan and manage multiple priorities under high-pressure situations with tight deadlines
• Ability to manage Business Partner relations and expectations
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels
• Ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision and strong self-organizational skills to manage process delivery
• Critical thinking and the ability to challenge the status quo proactively with a proven track record in establishing new processes, process improvements, and project management
• Fluent written and verbal English skills, German is an advantage
