WHAT YOU DO
  • Konzeption und technische Entwicklung einer Vielzahl von Innenraumkonzepten, von Corporate Architecture und Officedesign über Retailkonzeptionen und Messestände bis hin zu Gastronomieprojekten und Möbelentwicklung
  • Teilnahme an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Innenraumkonzepten in multidisziplinären Projektteams
  • Zusammenarbeit bei der Entwicklung integraler Lösungen für die Innenarchitektur mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen
  • Erstellung von Planungs- und Konstruktionsunterlagen in Form von qualifizierten Zeichnungen, 3D-Modellen und Präsentationen
  • Kundenpräsentation unter interdisziplinärer Einbindung anderer Kompetenzen
  • Übergreifende architektonische Beratung hinsichtlich diverser Projektaufgaben innerhalb eines Projektteams
  • Abhalten von Kundenpräsentationen, interner sowie externer Workshops
WHO YOU ARE
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor oder Masterstudium der Architektur oder Innenarchitektur
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Retail- / Brand- / Event- / Corporate-Architektur
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, gute Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit, sich selbst zu Höchstleistungen zu motivieren
  • Eigenständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist
  • Große Neugier und Begeisterung für die Weiterentwicklung und das Entdecken neuer Lösungen und Herangehensweisen
  • Umsetzungsstärke, flinke und clevere Denke
  • Eine besondere Begeisterung für die Bereiche Fashion, Lifestyle, Automotive, Innovationen, Digitalisierung und Trends – inhaltlich und gestalterisch
  • Ein instinktives Gespür für Design und Ästhetik ist Voraussetzung
  • Begeisterung für die Bereiche Bürogestaltung, Automotive, Lifestyle, Innovationen, Digitalisierung und Trends
  • Persönliches Interesse an räumlicher Markenkommunikation und temporären Bauen
  • Verhandlungs- und Präsentationssicherheit in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Erfahrung in VectorWorks, MAC-Anwendungen (inklusive Keynote), gute Kenntnisse in Sketchup, 3D-Modelling und Adobe Creative Cloud

WHAT YOU DO
  • Conception and technical development of a variety of interior concepts, from corporate architecture and office design to retail concepts and trade fair stands to gastronomy projects and furniture development
  • Within multidisciplinary project teams our next Retail Architect / Interior Architect will be responsible for comprehensive architectural consulting and cooperate in the development of integral solutions for interior designs
  • Preparation of planning and design documents in the form of qualified drawings, 3D models and presentations
  • As Retail Architect / Interior Architect you will be holding presentation on-site with our customers and organise internal and external workshops
WHO YOU ARE
  • Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or interior design
  • Initial professional experience in the field of retail / brand / event / corporate architecture
  • You bring good communication skills and the ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Great curiosity and enthusiasm for further development and the discovery of new solutions and approaches in the field of architecture
  • An instinctive feel for design and aesthetics is a prerequisite for our next Retail Architect / Interior Architect
  • You bring enthusiasm for office design, automotive, lifestyle, innovations, digitalisation, societal trends spatial brand communication and temporary construction
  • Negotiation and presentation skills in German and English
  • Experience in VectorWorks, MAC applications (including keynote), good knowledge of sketchup, 3D modelling and Adobe Creative Cloud
