Junior Digital Product Designer - Mckinsey Design

You'll join our office in Berlin as part of McKinsey Digital, and globally within our McKinsey Design community.

Our Design team offers the breadth and experiences of 350+ world-class design talent from Lunar Design, Veryday and McKinsey's homegrown experience design practice. As Junior Digital Product Designer, you will work alongside a diverse community of designers, engineers, business strategists, agile developers, and clients. You will work within a cross-functional team at the intersection of design, human behavior, business and technology to deliver service concepts, experiential prototypes and go-to-market products to transform clients' businesses.

You will support the delivery of high-quality visual, human-centered solutions on a variety of projects that integrate digital designs into products, services and environments.

Bringing together design, agile, engineering, business, data science, product owners and more, you will work with clients to tackle all aspects of the design process (often through interactive workshops and concepts sprints). You will think creatively and strategically, dissecting business problems and using design methodologies to develop innovative outcomes that solve complex problems with simplicity, grace and a bold perspective. You will be responsible for creating valuable output within your workstream by utilizing your design capabilities (e.g., sketching, wireframes, user flows, and the alike). You will also facilitate usability testing sessions, synthesizing findings and iteratively integrating them into design solutions.
